Cargo Shuttles (Fearless Blue)

Recently I had a shuttle corp close that was less than a year old. The poor company didnt have a chance to sell 1 shuttle to pay off its debt.
Can the GMs look into changing costs for shuttle corps and maybe have them produce 1 a month? I remember the gm stating that after a corp sells one shuttle it should sustain itself the following year, but that statement is false.
This is getting rediculous with all the shuttle corps I have lost in the last real year, even after injecting cash to keep them afloat, not to mention the cost of building new shuttle corps, to compensate for all the closing shuttle corps.

You can "SELL" them for GC and make a nice profit but the fact of the corps not having cash to keep themselves open is another. Also Shuttle based products sales prices is based on the world market supply but then on the flip we cannot sell on the world market.

For example a shuttle corp makes 1shuttle a year
Market price on LU is 65B, Yearly income 65B(100Q), 195B(300Q)

Yearly Cost of Goods. (LU current costs)
24 Boosters =180M
15,600 Components = 63B
12 Engines = 27B
24 Extentions =18B
1 Fuselage =12B

Total Cost 120B
Thats not including the other products and shuttles only sell @ 65B???
Shuttle corps need either

A. Make 2shuttles per year with a bare minimum price of 100B per shuttle
B. Make 1 shuttle with a cost minimum of 200B per

The GM should also add a fail safe into nations.

Such text should not be on the forum as it is baseless, untrue and misleading.

we will look at the corporations and see if there is any problem. ALL previous reports about cargo shuttle corporations were explained and no error was found. They were claimed to close randomly until we have shown that the player bought raw materials for a huge amount and manually bankrupted the corporation.

huge drops of cash were always related to the purchase of raw materials that for these corporations can amount to a trillion or even more when done manually.

Any suggestion that there is a connection to upgrades is baseless guessing.
if you have no idea of what really happens in these corporations and what happens during an upgrade, please be careful not to mislead.

There is no problem what so ever with cargo shuttle corporations. They just need a lot of resources to be able to function and will then produce many gold coins in revenue and a very large profit.

if you find it difficult to manage, don't start any such corporation.

A cargo shuttle can cost 200B and the raw materials can end up at 100B.
It is easy to miscalculate the numbers of parts needed and they are all high cost items.
if you load the corporation with a trillion worth of raw materials, make sure the corporation has the money to pay for them.
doing it at once will most probably cause sharp drop of cash that may end in bankruptcy.

is it is too much trouble, make other products.
some players however are making many gold coins out of cargo shuttles.

Probably better to say less but as I explained many times before:

There are very large drops in cash in cargo shuttle corporations. This is one of the problems of having them.

All these drops however, are caused by the purchase of raw materials that are very expensive and are bought in large quantities.

You have to watch over these corporations or close them. It is not for people who look once in several days. It could be too late.
