Went from level 4 to 1 without reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

some how or another, i went from level 4 to level 1 without any reason at all! and i meet all the criteria for level 4. im losing all kinds of points and abilities for it as a result. i am a premeium member, and convieniently enough when i hit contact us, nothing happens. i want this resolved asap! thnx!

we have already made a change that may help you.

The reason is mainly the defense index requirement that is added independently from the war level.

We have just updated this feature and reduced the required defense index level.

yea it said yesterday that i would move to level 2 in several hours and so far nothing.

not to mention i am continuing to lose my place .i was in 34th place now im in the high fifties and dropping. that is not fair at all. and im still not leveling up as it says i should be.

what is going on with this game, evrytime i click on a tab on the news tab it takes me to the bottom of the list. lol

I checked and you are in game level 3.
for level 4 you need more population.

what do you mean? Is it max price is roughly double base price? In that case, the price showing applies to 100Q. So it has nothing to do with 300Q which will theoretically be 3X the price currently showing. So max price for 300Q will be roughly 6X base price.
