An Investment Fund is not allowed to buy shares if it than owns more than 40.00% of the shares.
Correct would be 4.00% of the shares. |

40% is technically correct, although it is possible for investment funds to own a higher percentage
4% is the maximum amount that an IF can order in one transaction. |

We have today relaxed some of the limitations on the share market.

There will be more updates coming Tuseday:
Reverse splits will be more frequent and every share under the value of SC$ 10 will undergo a reverse split of 2 to 1. (up from share value of SC$ 2).
Forward share splitting remains at value > SC$ 100.
