I have a Corp producing at a qaulity of 315, it is upgraded to 225, so I increased the supply qaulity by 20%, net result 315 Quality.
Am I missing something here?

State corp can only be upgraded to 225,then it is max. Assuming hiring... is optimum, then the quality max.

Do not increase supply quality, it will only increase raw mateiral cost. Quality should be 170-190 average as advise by most vets.
The only way that u can increase quality further is to take the corp public.

Truly public corp can upgrade further to 250 from 225. Not sure about public but not truly and private corp.

I thought that the Quality of the finish product was a function of the quality level of the Corp and the average quality of the supplies.
Then how do you get a quality 350 finished product?

you can upgrade to 250 as long as the controlling share holder has less than 25%. That extra 25 points will get you up to 350. Since supplies max out with there effectiveness the only way to do it is to dillute your share of the corporation, and not have it stolen from you. But at that level you recieve less profit payments. So you need a strategy to go farther really and there are a lot out there.

Yes dboyd, you are right. You have to wait for the higher quality supplies to infiltrate into the corp though. The new Q supplies will mix and average with the old Q and it takes a few days to get the final quality up.

But yeah, making 350 seems a bit pointless unless of course its for your own purposes.

To dilute supplies quickly, buy all from the corporation, direct sale it out to a country that has enough of a spending limit to purchase it all.

Next, direct sale a couple months of the supplies from a second countries stock.

Place your orders with the corporation and/or enterprise for future contracted goods and supplies.

Note does take 2 countries - which shouldn't be a problem. Just a little bit of set -up required.

These are the results: with a 225 Quality production; Output quality maxes at 315 with an average supply quality of 191 (Average of supplies IN the corporation not to set to buy), even if you increase the supply quality to 220, you still only get 315. And since the War Engine now supports up to a 350 Q, there is an advantage, so I am experimenting with Weapon manufacturing…

Lol, dunno, doesnt sound right. Did you check to see if your monthly costs for materials went up with the change to 220 average?

Try changing a couple of the corps supplies to minimum 120 and see if the output stays at 315, you might have just struck very lucky if it is an error.

If the average drops below 191 Qaulity starts to drop...

I'm pretty sure 333 was a cap for truly publics. That was long before weapon quality could reach as high as it does now. Maybe the caps havent been increased with the call for really high quality.

Might be worth asking the GM the question.

I though the cap for ceo's was 333 and truly public 350? I could be wrong there though - I never made a note of it.

Public cap is now 350, Ceo cap is now 315 and State is 280 (used to be 296)

Ah yes Arccuk, that does seem to ring true.

Guess my memory of these things is failing as they become less important to me. Now what was my country name....

Well the cap continues to drop, instead of 315, it is now 312.8 and falling (Maxed CEO corp with stable supply qaul between 191 nad 200)

And further, now 311.4.
No reduction in supply qaulity, output quality just keeps dropping...

Have found space center to be of great value when playing with differant grade levels of stock,I produce many products inexcess of 300,mainly just for the hell of it.Pricing does not allow addequate conpensation for added Q so it is a prestige type of thing I guess.
