Noticed this the last few days when doing population transfers - Golden Rainbow.

Grand Duchy of Marshall - gov't salary of 200 active, Corporate salary of 250 (with a few corps dropping down from 300) - HT Executive salary 203,963 SC$.

The Municipality of Elchingen - gov't salary of 200 active. Corporate salary of 250 - with only one corp dropping down from 300. HT Executive salary is 214,790 SC$.

The former should be a higher salary level and amount. Something isn't right....

Many thanks for your time and consideration,

I think there's more to it than that, salaries being related to other things too. To compare you would have to have an exact duplicate country.

Just about all my countries have a higher salary per worker than my main - despite being more on target with corporations.

Can't be Private Enterprise salary levels - as that is not a significant factor in at least 2 of my countries.

Whatever it is - it's raising the salary level, so don't really think it's the indexes - my main has better indexes in every category.

Unless population is adversely affecting it, I can't think of what it would be.

And I'd like to add a huge thank you to Crafty for being helpful these past couple months. Games really benefit from Vets who are so helpful.

Good luck and good hunting,
M. Ney
