I keep setting my education priorities where I want them, and not long after they totally reset to something else. This is an important part of the game, and it isn't working right. Can the GameMaster please take a look into this problem?

I reckon that'll be an automatic function that cant be turned off in your first 2 weeks of playing. It's meant to help you sort out having enough of everyone.

If you've been playing longer, there are check boxes under settings > automation > automatic settings where you can turn off several automatic functions. Read the descriptions of each.

Just wait until you figure out you can't set order strategies either ....

Crafty, I tried both turning off automatic functions as well as setting the trade strategies under the automatic functions page. Neither worked, each month trade strategies are reset such that products are sold at -10% product quality.

I'm going to try one more thing, which is to go in to each corporation and change the strategies 1 by 1 in each corporation, instead of trying to do it all at once. I'll let everyone know if that works.

But in the mean time, this is a pretty big glitch. My corporations aren't profitable because I can't sell my products at the price they should be sold at. I hope the gamemaster takes a look at this.

Just to update, it does seem that changing the trade strategies of corporations 1 by 1, as opposed to doing it the way I described above, fixes the issue. Somewhat annoying, but oh well.

OK Chun, here's how it works.

The automation page settings for trade, sal's, etc apply to new corporations you may build in the future.

If you've done your 2 weeks you can also change the automation of help on this page, including giving you the ability to set your own ed priorities. There are some extreme circumstances where your country is doing so bad that they will override you even after 2 weeks, we are told, but I've never seen this happen yet myself, could well have done though.

If you've done your 2 weeks you can set the strats of each existing corp individually or you can go to the corporations > manage page and change these things en masse.

Note the difference between the 'for new corps' and the 'existing corps'.

I hope that clears it up for you. CC
