Offensive Ammo being used when I do not have the matched Units

My Country (West Haven) is using Offensive Ammo, when it does not have any of the matching units.

With no units or reserves of the matching equiptment my country is using the following per month:

Anti Tank Missiles 1
Heavy Artillery Shells 26
Heavy Tank Ammunition 35
Mid Range Missiles 1

Yes, this has been noticed by others before.

My suggestion would be to email the gamemaster IN DETAIL about it.

Did anyone else notice ammo losses after the game update? I lost some air to air missiles.
