Can't Select Units to Move in War

My country is "Snow Valkyrie" on LU which is at war with "The Commonwealth of Alma". I'm unable to properly select my military units on the war map for the purpose of moving them. When I click on the units, the pop-up that says the location, weapons, quality, officers, soldiers, etc. is displayed instead of the stuff for moving the unit.

Are you in a blackout? If so then that is the problem.

Rules that out then. I'm no help here.

I was able to use a different means of moving military units to take the country, but this was still a problem the entire time.

The other country was renamed to Dereg 008.

I deregged the country, the country number is 2384... should have used that in the first place. I've had no problems with any other country so far, just that one.
