C3s over building.

I'm not sure if you agree with me Andy but c3s are producing way too many corps. On at least two planets(FB + LU) I cannot find a single c3 to build ceo corps in. I used the search function repeatedly. LU is kinda full so I expect this there but Fb is so wide open.

Is there a way to tune them from building so much. In many cases the c3s are overbuilding for themselves and causing hiring issues, but there is no way for me to build. The request for player countries on FB in the forum was a bust.

I find the same Sweetpea.

It's more apparent when trying to build corps with larger numbers of HTE.

Often when building Military Services I can only find countries with 80% hiring.

The need to perform 5 or more searches to build a single corp is frustrating.

This is a huge problem on FB. Maybe if you guys just quit trying to build corps on FB it will leave more room for me.... sound like a good idea?

But seriously, when we didn't have room to build our private corps, we used to sneak attack the corps of the C3s around us and build them there.

It seems to me C3s are aiming at the employment index, and not the number of corps, so it should work. But it is a rather expensive strategy for today's game.
