Hi there, I sold ~6,5B Oil on the free market in the past few months from my main country Unimatrix 01 and it doesnt show up on the recent sales history of my Country.
And btw: Is it possible the system changes sale orders Price-Wise? I'm 99,9% certain that I put that Oil up at ~1300 per Unit with 0% Price change but when I checked the pending deliverys this morning it was to ~1000 per Unit.

Those logs only record contracts. As you sold on the market, they shouldn't appear there.

And I just realised that is says
Materials sold or used by Government 6,101,355.37M SC$
for this year. Even if it would have been sold at 1000 that number should be higher, so could any GM plz have a look at this?

The number showing is wrong and it is being fixed now.
the number is a suggested minimum when you offer products at a quality no one wants to purchase.
Also, the minimum suggested price shows lower in cases when you offer a large quantity and the sales takes place in many smaller transactions.

The issue is discussed many times and even in the last few days on another discussion on the forum.

It is part of a tough problem.
many corporations produce at a quality that no one want s to purchase.

the trader process is making an effort to make the trades or nothing would happen.

The problem is as old as the game but gradually, by tuning the corporation model, the quality difference becomes smaller while the corporations keep their profitability.

I see your point in that Big-Qual differences, even if I dont agree.
But the system doesnt change the Price of Sale Orders that are allready up, does it?

And if that helps: I'd love to buy High-Q Products for my countries if that would make a bigger Welfare Difference then it does at the moment ;)

It should.
If you order at Q200 + 10 points per game month, and a month has passes, the trading should take the order quality at Q210.

if you meant something different, please explain again.

your suggestion about the high quality for the country is good. We planned to do this but it fell from the top of the list.

The question remain if the increased cost will be compensated.
It depends on multiple factors, including market pricing, shortages or over supply and other parameters in the country.

We will increase the influence of the quality of products you purchase. It will be in the update next week.

Please, will the increased influence of higher Q country used products increase the overall achievable welfare of the country, or will the influence of the other indexes be reduced to accomodate the extra influence of these higher Q products.

I mean if I put up sell orders at a certain fixed price, no matter the quality, does the system change the requested price when it is not sold even if I state in the order to lower the price by 0%?
Cause this is what I feel has happened to my order.

And btw: Are the Market Numbers off a bit?
On KB it says the Demand of Services is at about 13B Units but I alone have buying orders up for about 15,7B Units.

if you say 0% it should not change.

I don't know what you mean by the market is off.

15B is probably the entire consumption of one of the worlds in a game month.
I don't think you mean 15B with 9 zeros.

the cost is 10T or more. can you order this in a single month?
I think it is way above the spending limits.

I mean I put up orders that are totalling
15,736,269,188 Units of Service that are still not served.
But if you look up Service Demand/Supply... it says there's only Demand of 12,281,462,647 Units at the moment.
You're right, that is above monthly spending limits, but I put up orders over more than one month. Does the demand only show the new orders that were made in that month or all orders that are not yet served?

And yes, I'm in the mood for testing the trading system ;)

the influence is increased. It will be in the next update.
It is difficult to say what the influence will be on the corporate welfare there are several steps in between.
may be one point for now which 1% production increase.
other parameters were not changed.

I will check our economic model results and may tweak it up again a week later.

Total demand now is 15B.
it shows demand at market price.

Only demand at market price has an influence on the price of the products.

One could place orders or offers for products at ridiculous pricing, that is OK, they will just sit there and will not be executed.

However, we do not want such orders and offers to influence the market price.

Thanks Andy, but I was trying to ask: will the influence of higher Q country supplies increase total welfare available or will other influences such as SS be lessened to accomodate the extra introduced by the Q of supplies influence.

Anyway, I think higher Q country supplies making a significant difference is a great move.

Andy, I bought 4.4B Construction in Unimatrix 01, ordered it at Quality 200 at a Unit Price of ~640 SC$ (Market-Price at that time for Unit before Quality) with 0% increase which is about 2.8B SC$. But now it says I bought Material for my country for almost 6T SC$ this game year. As I dont see where else that big amount could be coming from would you please check and confirm that the order was delivered at ~640 SC$ per Unit? thank you very much in advance

4.4B units of construction at 640 Q200 (640 x 2=1280) ends up at
4.4B x 1280 = 5.6T
The country shows purchases of materials for 1.2T
it was probably spread over a longer period.

There are no problems what so ever in the computation of cost, quality and what you pay.

140 is OK but high quality has a positive influence on the welfare.
increasingly so.
you might be right "at this stage" but in general, quality makes more sense.

To be honest, I had a couple of countries that went to max debt and so most everything they bought was on immediate. This caused the consumption quality index to rise greatly but if there was any welfare benefit, it certainly didnt register in my welfare index.

I also note that having severe supply shortages has no detrimental effect on the welfare as advertised either.

I only report this last bit so you, Andy, cant say no one never mentions the good things they find :)

Andy, that was the year before, but nvm.
But its a bit irritating that if you put an asked price of 640 in and end up paying 1280.
I know at the top it says the base price is 640 before Quality effects, but below there is no point where it says that if you put a price in and a certain quality that the system calculates the end-price on its own. Would be better if you could just put in the price you want to pay for the product or if you get a message 'confirm buying x units of y product at the price of z' in which z is the Price including Quality.

In fact I neither see a statement on the order page that if you order quality @200 you pay 200% of the price you ask nor is it mentioned in the Documentation's Trade-Product Pricing

Quality influences the welfare but the influence is slight. Shortage of supplies can reduce the welfare quite substantially if 5 or 10 products are short.

the effect is slow to show up and slow to be fixed.

It is possible to pay less.
ask for Q120 and the price will be lower.
