Better warn him... twice

This happens on both layouts.

If I go to a corporation's page and try to perform an IPO when the requirements aren't met, I get the warning twice. Once above below the corp's name, and another above the corp's name.

Same thing happens when I try to reduce the visible roads and tracks to 0.

But, in this case, that shouldn't happen.
