My country keeps buying or some how small amounts of ammo appear in my stock and the last of my weapons on selling. I don't know how this happens. Plus my country auto is off for buying ammo.

Weapons that are set to sell are still active and use ammo. When this pushes the country stock into negative, I believe the country purchases the ammo regardless of the setting. My understanding is the auto setting only changes this buy allowing you to purchase months ahead or larger quantities of ammo at a time.

What if i deactivated the weapons? that would make them not active, thus no ammo is needed... right?

No, they still use training ammo, but it is far less than when active.

Okay i have no more weapons, ammo is still coming in somehow and I still have a defensive and offensive index with no weapons, just 30 forts and 1 base (DEF/OFF) and one OFF airport, with still 70k+ troops???

the forts will add soldiers to your game and cost ammo. answer would be to check the automatic settings for your country to see if you have enabled auto buying for ammunition. Which you DID. the forts if you check them out on the map is what is using your supplies, check them to see if garrison units still exist. you can pull in the garrisoned troops and deactivate them if you have not tried that yet. while crafty is very correct about training ammo. you will still use some for deactivated unit and they also employ a small number of soldiers and officers (the skeleton crew) for maint. of the weapons. you want less troops, then you would have to destroy some forts, IF you have no units garrisoned. If you have negative ammo in stock, then the game DOES AUTO BUY, in some strange intervals.

For use of ammo you must have weapons.
check garrisons or other units. (supply units?)

Forts with no garrisons for not have weapons and should not use ammo.
bases too.
they have soldiers but ammo means you have weapons (or you had negative numbers and these are now corrected.

I dont have any units or weapons or garrison and my country registers weapon equivalent to 47.77B value. I have invisible weapons somehow.. I'll keep looking though.

I still see units deployed on your map. You will find them listed under army->military units->land forces, air wings, supply units
