Employment issues

I have more than enough employees to fill all the positions. Why are the corporations forcing down the employment when I have enough unemployment to fill them all?

i.e., the closest numbers are the High lvl workers has 71K unemployed and need 20k for full production and my engineers has 75k unemployed to fill 32k for full production.

Im having the same issue and im on LU it started after the update on March 6th i really dont know whats happening i even tried to close a few corps to fix it but unemployment keeps rising and no one is getting employed since

Take off all the automation things, and make sure you corps to 100% hire, not let them do it them selfs.

also, if you are not paying your ppl good they will refuse to work ( or so i am told ) what are your salaries ( both corp and state ) at?

Without this, it's unlikely you are going to find people searching through all the countries to find you. It is also unlikely to get you any help from the GM, just a message repeating what I just said.

Country is Kizika on LU. My corps are manually put to 100% hiring and production. my salaries are 230 in my corps and i was increasing. It just started after that March 6th update and i didnt change anything but i did close 2 corps to hopefully fix it. All this did was cause a major problem because i went from 92% employment to a even worse 85% and i have several thousands more than i need to get 100% hiring.

I have a bone to pick with you James. I believe you are the one who started an enterprise that went over $20T in debt and negative cash to buy a controlling stake in several of my enterprises.
