Going Public

I am Phl my country is Connecticut on LU...This is the 4th time I have tried to make my corps public. I have 45 readyto go public but every day (or other day) I log in they still arent public...It's happening in all my countries?????

if no one buys any shares after a certain time, the corp returns to state.
