Problem with automatic system for corps

I have been on work all day long, I come home, log in to simcountry and discover, that my country in FB decided to build 4 new corps. for me while I was on work.

The automatic system was set to OFF the day I started my country Aug 3253, and we now have Sep 3255.

Corps build against my will:

Benono Gold founded July 11 3255
Pana Dis Building Materials founded June 11 3255
Frankoa Clothes founded August 11 3255
Gorka Gold founded September 11 3255

-and because they are new, I cant close them again...

Country Automation:

OFF: Receive advice at login
OFF: Beginners and general economic protection
OFF: Education setup and development
OFF: Move Workers to other Professions
OFF: Increase Employment and move Workers to other Professions
OFF: Health-care sector setup
OFF: Transportation sector setup
OFF: Buy ammunition and supplies for the army

ON: Reactivate weapons when war is declared and you did not login
OFF: Update salaries for government workers and the army, depending on the economy
ON: Automatic placing orders for products that your country needs
OFF: Automatic building of new corporations
OFF: Buy and Sell shares for your investment fund automatically
OFF: Send message to confirm share transactions entered manually

-and it still builds state corps for me, how can I stop this?

9 corps build the last 2 days by the automatic system, that is set to OFF, and I am pretty tired of it, cant invite CEOs when all my workers goes to shit-corps...

If your employment is really low and your economy in the bin then the game will build corps regardless to try to save your country for you.

Build some corps of your own or get CEOs in and you will see this stop.

I just discovered, that the country also decides to close corps !

Services 01 was the first I build in that category out of 5 other corps offering services. It was fully upgraded and had no debt.

-no matter how bad the condition of a corp could be, I could transfer money and save it, last time I played simcountry.

I think Begginers and general economic protection (and something else as well? I'm not sure...) are always on, even if you turn them off, if you're below Game Level 5 or something. Perhaps that's the reason for all of this?

Yes, from all reports this 'help' is not working as we would presume it should. Several have asked the GM about it. I would suggest you email them to refresh their memory about the issue.

The country gets help if the situation is close to bankruptcy.
Education might be in bad shape, and trade strategies such that corporations are unable to purchase materials.
In such conditions, corporations might bankrupt and new ones might be created.

The beginners settings help beginners to prevent such conditions.
they balance the education and make corporations profitable. If you turn them off, they are OFF.
If you want to do it without this beginners support, your education priorities and the availability of workers in all groups is a high priority. Then, as crafty said, make sure your employment rises by creating your own choice of corporations.
Nearly all countries, including all C3 countries are profitable. It should be possible to fix it within one week.
