C3 Declaration Issue ( Little Upsilon )

I recently attempted to declare war on a C3 that I have raided, and dumped, the day before, as I have many times in the past. When I selected that country on the map included on the war page I was greeted by the screen that appears AFTER you declare, that says you can attack immediately as the country has no president. Originally I thought I had declared previous and forgotten, but then I checked my war log and all I saw was the entry for the last war, which had a result listed as won, and I know I had fought the war the previous day. I then tried to declare war specifically through the declare war page and it once again stated I was already at war. To top it all off, my country page even lists my country as not at war. When I go to attack the country through button that is presented after I clicked on the country on the map included on the war page, the war console appears but instead of letting me attack, it says I have won the war and the country is now

Haven't had this exact issue, but similar type problems. I used a different browser and got around my problem. Not sure that will help since it isn't the exact same issue.

It appears the issue has resolved itself. I guess it just needed time.
