my country makes a profit every month wont let the cash go over-380 it will dropp back down to -700 once it my reserves hit -380.this makes no sense then you make me take out loans and I can never build on them because even though I have a profit I lose everything if this doesn't get fixed ill stop playing

What's your country? Its probably because of military, I've been in the same place as you. You ar e just going to have to wait, or continue to take out loans. It took a while before I got back on my feet. Or, you could raid C3's, which would give you considerably a good amount of money, look for guides on the Simcountry Wiki.

I see it fluctuating between -380 and -450 this is 80B.
if you read the cash and assets pages, you can see that changes are linked to the purchasing of materials.

when cash goes down, materials are up.

this has nothing to do with you profit.
