Booster 'super boost efficiency and quality' not working correctly

I used a Super Booster on Glamor Services of my Enterprise Uni Trade on KB and it didnt boost the Quality as supposed, it only boosted to 199 instead of 200. It's the first time I saw that and hope it was the first time it happened as bugs of things you pay GCs=RL-Money really arent supposed to happen, seriously!

both also have a 199 instead of 200 boost so I guess it's not a one-time bug. Anyone else who uses those Super-Boosters and experience the same Problem please feel free to post here

When I looked up the graph about the Productivity Uprgrd for Bibonta I realized the Problem isn't that the upgrade is only to 199, but it is upgraded to 200 but the next month it falls back to 199:

Regular Corp upgardes are also not working.
In one case I was at 200 on both Quality of your Production Process and Effectivity of your Corporation, in a Corporation held by one of my CEOs. I tried to apply boosters to bring it to 225, and get the error that I can not increase it past 225 (I tried just using 10 and got the same error).

In another case I just mad the Corp fully Public so baught 130 boosters to upgarde from 200 to 250, and available upgrades shows as 13.

Odd, it works now...

I super-boosted a corp. and it gave me 200 Eff./180 Quality. I could see 199 or 198, but this is extreme. Corp is GOBI GASOLINE in HARIKOURUM. Can you help me G.M?

The corp is at 200 Q, 200E...right where it should be. I saw how you resolved the problem. Simple, yet clever.
