I checked my Country Unimatrix 01 and realized even now my Military uses Ammo on a monthly base, allthough I have all Units deactivated! No Garrisoned Units, no Land Forces/Air Wings/Supply Units... So where are those Ammo used?

Training.

Do you still have soldiers?

Plus, deactivated units just reduces maintenance, not removes it.

Star Foth, as I said above, I'm talking about ammunition, not maintenance.

From the Docs:

Building and Maintaining The Army

22. Maintaining The Army

Once the country has an active army, it has to maintain it, train its military units to achieve high quality and supply the army with ammunition and materials that are used on monthly bases to keep the army active.

I'm not talking about maintenance, either. I don't think you understood what I said.

What's your country name? I'll check it out.

If you still have airports or bases, then you still have soldiers. If you still have soldiers, ammo is consumed monthly. Unless you buy soldiers and officers with GC, you don't have a professional army and instead pay units cash, and cycle them in and out. As long as you have cycling units, you consume small levels of ammunition.

Counnty Name see Initial Post, World KB

From your first post:
'Plus, deactivated units just reduces maintenance, not removes it.'

As I understand it from the Docs only Active Units/Weapons should consume Ammo. From my understanding for anyhting else it should be those new Maintenance Units they recently introduced and as bases dont shoot they shouldnt consume ammo either.
