When I try to to declare war on a C3 on FB I receive this message... "Internal server error: Function/object combination "checkAttackPresidentInLevel3/wwwwar' has not been defined"

Similar problems on LU. When clicking what war level to declare at, the page returns to the original declare war page and the declaration does not occur. Tried four different C3s.
