Air Base Construction Unit resupply

"A Rapid Deployment Unit can be transported, or landed in another country. The player can decide to turn it into an airbase and a remote depot, or use an air transport unit to transfer the Rapid Deployment Unit to another location and build the airbase even much further away. The transportation of the unit and the airport building functions are now separated. When the unit reaches its final destination, the player manually starts the conversion to an airbase (and a remote depot)."

I try to use this new function. Been able to use one RDU to set up a remote airbase/depot. I then tried using a 2nd one to land in that base and then later drop it even further away.

Problem: Only way to move RDU is thru air-drop. Unit arrives in country, but needs to resupply, it cant be moved or air-dropped till the unit is satisfied with the the resupply. However, over 48h i haven't been able to resupply it.

Anyone else been able

an RDU, came in got me out of a Jam in country when day was offering Bad Candy, Backed off really quick,
now jest trying too get message back too the noncom sat tranfer payments down, an was gone onto another mission.
