No award on rank 24 and rank 7 is coming up

I got no award for rank 24 nor a notification about the rank 24 and now rank 7 is coming up on KB for best president award rank.

Any idea how this works?

Uhh....it passes them out at a specific date. It's 3 weeks until the next one.
