Control of SC is passing from the the CIA to DARPA, and since DARPA is in partnership with the boys from MK-ULTRA, they are financing this thru the Federal Reserve (which is neither Federal nor a Reserve) with the Tri-Lateralists as a go-between (hence the 3 momnths). The acquiring parties may plan to recoup their purchase by time-sharing with the former KGB (now the NKVD) and the UN Security Council, and possibly the Vrill Society. Details of the purchase were probably brokered by the Bildeburgers and the CID at their gathering in the Bohemian Grove. If this 3-month period changes to a different time period, you will perceive that the sale has been completed and SC is under new shadow management.
