I'm experiencing an issue that is starting to annoy me. I have managed to build up a negative supply of ammunition ( drone missiles, attack helicopter missiles, defensive missiles, and to some extent: others )

And since then I've noticed that my orders on the market aren't going to be fulfilled as the demand outweighs supply up to a thousand times in some instances. So I decided to construct factories for those units, I have been supplying 100% of production to my national stockpile. This production far outweighs my monthly consumption: so I'm thinking "This should cause my deficit to shrink by small increments" ( btw it's quite a game flaw that a negative stockpile for tangible products can actually exist ). But no such luck, my negative stockpile is remaining exactly the same.

So my question is: what gives, how do I fix this. I can't go immediate ordering 10,000s of thousands of these missiles: it'll cost me multiple trillions of sc$.

They don't auto sell to you.

STEP 1:
Go to common market>Offer contracts>type in 100, check on local market>accept

STEP 2:
Common Markets>Accept contracts>Check Accept local contracts>Accept

STEP 3: Common markets>Contracts for your country(it should show up a huge list with everything you consume)>Accept local contract offers

If you did everything right, on the top it should say the amounts of things you are covered for.

Please check again if your month use is not higher than the production numbers.

If production numbers are really higher than the usage of the product and you have contracts for 100%, the shortages will start to decline.
