I was sending relief aid to a player and i sent to much my mistake and set it as to low a priority. I went to change it and found no way to change it.
can the GM re-add the page allowing use to make changes to any relief aid being sent already in progress |

You could always cancel it and resend it.
After you make the mistaken click "Send RESOURCE NAME" again and scroll down to "Committed Relief Resources" and then click "Cancel" on the right column in the correct row. |

The option to "Cancel" disappears if the relief supplies have been already sent. After they are sent, the option "Cleanup" appears in its place. So if you want to cancel it you must do it as soon as possible.
The option to "Cancel" appears in the column next to "Already Transported". Remember, it gets replaced with "Cleanup" if you wait too long.
