The automation page states that it is turned off at Level 4. I am at L4.
I have the box for Increase Employment and move Workers unchecked.
I'm having mass extinctions of professionals.
On the Automation / View all Logging, I have this message:
"Your education system is not training the professionals your industry needs. Some workers have been assigned a different profession."
This is happening every few game months. It is creating shortages not solving them. My countries are on WG.
I would appreciate an Official response to this.

Please check the education priorities page.
the message means that you have shortages in at least one of the workers groups and you need to increase the priority.

This will typically not take place if automation is on.
Automation is designed to prevent such problems until the time you are able to do this yourself.

The education priorities page (Under education) is one of the most important pages in Simcountry.
