WG Truck corps loosing money

The price of trucks has gone up and there is a shortage, but every Truck Corp on WG cannot make a profit.

It happens.
check the numbers. you can seel the revenue, is it going up with the price or is there another problem?
what about the cost of materials? going up too or not.

you really need to look into these corporations and try to understand what happens.

The cost of the materials used is rising. The value of products sold is flat. I know that there is a surplus now and the price of Trucks is down.
I posted this when Trucks were in shortage and the price spiked. Truck corps still could not turn a profit.

I know the base model for trucks and in fact all other products.
Truck companies are very profoitable even at base price but certainly if the price is higher.

there are however some conditions:
100% or close to 100% hiring and production;
reasonable or good welfare and mainly salary levels.

Could you please look into Truck corps on WG.
During the recent shortage no Truck corp made a profit.

A shortage does not mean that the price will jump. It will start moving up and if it was very low, it may take some time before it reaches a profitable level. (3% per game month).

the same when it declines. It does not mean that profitability will disappear immediately. only longer term shortages will cause the price to decline to a much lower level.

There is nothing wrong with any of the types of corporations in Simcountry.
