Back to work schools

It seems that only 50% of housewives can get back into the job market, (similar to how only 50% of disabled can) but it does not say this in the back to work school conversion screen. Either the back to work schools need fixing or the text does.

That's right. It's been noted many times before but the GM doesn't seem to get around to fixing this.
