Gold Coin Error? GM Please Respond

I made a contribution to the game today for a three month membership. I clicked on a link that appeared when I went to my game level screen that said "limited time 50 gc bonus for a total of 80 gc!" or something very similar. I clicked on the link and made my payment, but after the payment was confirmed, I received only 30 gc as opposed to the 80 that was mentioned. Not to be overly picky, but I could really use those gold coins to boost my population, and since it was listed, I would like to receive them. Is there some sort of delay in the time I am supposed to receive them. If so I don't mind waiting, but I just want to know if I will get them. Thanks for your assistance.

there is probably just a delay, if they still don't show up after a few days then you should probably contact the gm.

I suspected there might be a wait, but I had looked at other forum posts on a similar subject, and they made me unsure as to whether or not I would get them, so I made this post just in case.

Ok, I still have not gotten the 50. In addition, I believe that I was in line to receive an ward at the end of December. I don't know whether I was in the low-threshold or middle-threshold, but I should've received at least 41 gc. Not to be selfish, but if awards are promised, I would like to receive them if I am eligible.

This bonus is not time limited, it is given if you decide to become full member when the offer is made.

You get 80 gold coins instead of 30 at that time.
if you do not take the offer and become full member at another time, the bonus is not given.

I saw the mail and I think you are now OK.

normally, you get this special bonus when you move to level 3 and some days afterwards.
At some point, if you do not take the offer, it disappears.
