Spending space is 0 for several months

As the title says, it has been like 6-8 game months now, any causes?

never mind its recovering now, anyone know why it stayed at 0 for such long time though?

First: If you need help, best is to post with Country/Ceo Name and World you play.
Second: I guess you're not talking about military spending space? If not did you order Schools/Roads or the like? Some new players fail to see this is correlated with buying on the Trade page. To be more exact, everything thats not military will cut in your 'normal' spending space, no matter were you order or what

And in addition to that, contracts are also using that same spending space.
