Since I took over the country "BETA" in FB back in Sep 3371, there have been a shortage of nurses. I have since then increasingly increased education of nurses and produce now 13,578 nurses per month, but its still not enough.

On the Education Priorities-page, I have 60,626 unemployed nurses and NONE needed for
100% Production.

On the Labor Change profession-page, I still have 60,626 unemployed nurses, but 59,500 are Reserved for new Facilities??

My education system is nearly at maximum.

My automation-page is clean, only "Reactivate weapons when war is declared and you did not login." and "Automatic placing orders for products that your country needs." are checked.

Also when I look at the numbers of schools, high schools and universities, something does not look right.

Something is frozen here...

First of all: How do you get the Impression you are short on nurses? You are short on hospitals not nurses, start building some.

And if you would say what you mean with numbers of Schools 'dont look right' we might to help you with this too.

But...

I cant build hospitals because I dont have any nurses. In Education Priorities it says I have lots of nurses, in Change profession (Labor) it says the opposite, and when I want to build hospitals and go to the Building new Hospitals-page, I have ZERO nurses.

Hope you understand now :)

Hello: Try to exchange workers with another country; when you have the nurses, build fast hospitals.
You can check the salaries of your government, not too low, not too high.
Check regularly your country education priorities.
When you have enough nurses in your country, send me some...;)
Cheers!

So, now I have educated:

242,717 nurses
25,881 doctors
20,521 senior doctors

In my Building new Hospitals-page:

183217 nurses
6631 doctors
10021 senior doctors

So my question is:

Where is the 59500 nurses ???
Where is the 19250 doctors ???
Where is the 10500 senior doctors ???

Right now I can only build 12 hospitals, and the rest of the country are waiting for this problem to be fixed !!!!

Check if you don't have shortages of other professions needed for hospitals too. It might be that.

The number of nurses you have is the number currently working in all your hospitals + the number of nurses that are unemployed.

It could be that the number you have educated in the past was larger. It must be, because some of the nurses you educated died, some stopped working at 65 and some changed profession for their own reasons, one reason could be that they were unemployed. These are now workers.

Thanks for reply

I produced a large quantity of nurses in the past, true, priority was set to 65 on the Education Priority-page for a period. It was going fine with nurses, but all the other professions started to decline. That method was not a good solution. I also raised government saleries from 200 to 210 but still with no results.

I still have 59.500 nurses constantly reserved for new facilities and 216 hospitals in stock just sitting there for no use?

I have enough Construction in stock...

BETA does not behave as the other countries I have, so I am a big question?

I don't think the hospitals are sitting there for no use.
hospitals that do not have nurses, close at some point.
check the number of employed nurser, 1700 per hospital.
you will probably see that the number employed is the number of hospitals * 1700

The 59.500 reserved for new hospitals are stuck there because at some point, you have cancelled 35 hospitals.
this is an old bug, the number should be cleared when you cancel.
we will clean up.
it has however no consequences at all.

government salaries do not have any influence on the number of nurses.
the number educated each month depends on the education priority, on the education index and on the population.
raing to 65 means that all others together have less so they suffer.
raising the total above 120 does not make sense.

example: raising total priorities to 240, means that all priority numbers are cut by half, (to get back to a total of 120), before they are used to calculate the number that will graduate.

All countries behave the same if all the parameters are set in the same way.
