Bug or Misunderstanding when moving corps?

I guess you mean the number under 'Corporations bought, closed or moved and Enterprise Tax' as for a CEO there is no other way to trace this stuff?

Would help if you could tell where you think you saw that you are paying this monthly, more details=easier to find.

Anyway if it is from 'Corporations bought, closed or moved and Enterprise Tax' then I guess you mix it up with said Enterprise Tax, which you pay and not your Corps. Don't ask me about the percentage that is, I don't know it.

There is no way to track it. I can say that it does NOT take into account the corp taxes being payed as many times I have it in 0 and my corps made profit.

That line also includes a tax based on your total asset value. I think it goes to the security council.
