I wonder if this fixed, you not fixing this in time made my nation go trillions of dollars in debt and it took me selling and letting go much to allow my nation to prosper again.

I just saw this. You have to land special forces and "paint" the country you know. This way you will get another 30 points and win ("occupy country=30 points").
