C3 Nuclear Defense battaries?

Every time I take a C3, the army (as it's meant to) dismantles and sell the products bought to fight it. Usually, they will be 1-5 of various types of weapons left over, but in every C3 I raid, it contains 102 Nuclear defense batts and 204 nuclear defense missles. I doubt this is meant as a prize, so it may be a bug.

Eagle on LU is the country I use to raid, but I don't keep C3's so I do not have one as an example, but it does seem to happen with every C3.
