@Scorpio: Do you mean "Select from a list" when you have to select a location for the new unit?

The popup window appears? It is not empty?
And when you click "select" behind the base name
the base name is not copied?

I tried that but could not find a problem.
Which internet browser and version are you using?

I just tried Internet Explorer 11 and it works for me?

Are you using a different version?

Maybe it is something with the country?

Which unit are you trying to create in which country?
