Corps that are private owned only by one entity in game is direct responsibility of the 1 owner, whom takes debt and other financial issues as its own. I am tired of accidentally not transferring cash to a corp before selling it a mass of goods and it closes. I don't care what you think, in real terms its final responsibility ends with the owner and not the business. This now second time my corp closes that is private because of debt limitation is a failed system in the game and I am offended by the setup and hence is calling it a problem.
Public corps should work that way, but private corps should never take debt if should always be backed by the private owner, even if its 300B in debt and i got 10T in my ceo, IT should not happen, and all the losses on my supplies make it even worse, since it should get sold back to me I owned it 100%.
