Hall of fame and cecurity council?

Hello mods and admins I have a question I recently had earn first in the top 300 hundred best performing president and got my reward and all but im under the impression that I would be put in the hall of fame and added to the security council from what it states under the security council page and hall of fame page has this been changed if so whats the requiments to be put in the hall of fame atleast
