I extended my membership this morning but did not receive my gold coin *bonus*. Not sure how to contact support or "gamemaster". Would appreciate some attention on this matter.

(Also, are we no longer getting the monthly bonus award for being a top rated president on our respective world?)

Its now been about 24 hours. I think I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank, let them do a charge back, and then purchase the membership again. I'm at a loss as to what to do and I've searched but cannot find any contact info for support which is why I'm thinking a dispute/charge back is the only way to proceed.
