Base selection not working

Hello admins and tech I have a problem on my countrys Arcadia empire 3 and 4 I go to make a naval fleet on my arcadia empire 3 and my base is by arcadia empire 4 so I try to select the navy base through the navy base names and it does nothing can u look in to this for me plz thank you

what browser are you using? This happens to me in chrome when the left side direct trade screen is open. close that page and it starts to work from the list.

I can't build a fleet in 'Mosaic Flats' on WG. I can't "click on a base" and "pick from a list" doesn't work. I tried resetting IE-9. Is it because I'm at war?

Seems the GMS have major problems. right now can not by bases, can not bid on population, and can not by countries. I hope they can let everyone know whats going on.
