Can't Relocate Objects on the map

Morning. I have a problem. When i open up the big map to relocate my objects such as corps or bases etc i cannot do so. Whenever i try to click and drag an object all it does is pan the screen. This would sometimes happen and correct itself but now it happens every time i try to do it.

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and if so, is there a solution?

Nevermind it works now. Only seems to be a problem when im at war

You cannot relocate in war.

If not in war, please mail us the name of the country and world and we will look into it ASAP.
