Andy my main country on fb smokes wrath is having a major workers problem. Ever since that bug happened when you switched servers my countries workers are so unstable I cannot even keep up. Worker trades don't help. I'm 1m short with llw, mlw, and hlw. but I have a ton of every other worker types. Plz take a look and tell me how to fix this problem that's been on going.

Ummm problem still remains it has gotten out of control. I tried lowering my education index from 225 to 180. Now I don't have enough high tech workers or mlw/hlw. It just throws them all into llw's. Worker trades don't work.

Hello,

If I may give you a tip, first fix your own pop before asking for help. You seem to have bought a lot of pop which is a good thing but it does lead to some serious inbalances with your work force.

Letsie, this might be a problem in other cases, but afais this is not the case here.

Smokes, your problem is easy to fix. Manually change unemployed working classes to HLWs. As in my Country Unimatrix 001 on KB HLWs are the bottleneck in your economy. It is easy to see as when your unemployed HLWs are at a constant 40k this reflects the conversion of max 40k workers from lower classes to HLWs each month. Every HLW above this is allready at work. In large populations this doesn't compensate the natural degredation of HLW number due to retirement/death. So over time all other working classes get larger unemployment while HLW employment is at an effective 100% from the available workers. When there is unemployment in a class of workers, meaning also HTEs and such, there seems to be a conversion from those classes to LLWs. So you see an amassment of LLWs.
With the additional 100k Workers you can change manually down to HLWs each month you might be able to get you economy back into better shape. Maybe you will have to reincrease you EI to fasten the process away from the mass of LLWs you now have, but as soon as you start converting to HLWs the process should be starting to reverse its course in a matter of a few in game months.

If this solves your problem you might second my thread 'High Level Workers as Cause of large Unemployment' in this subforum.

Thank Borg. This is the way to fix it.

I said earlier today, on another discussion, that we will look into tuning the numbers in corporations a bit, to resolve the problem structurally.

This may have occurred or became more severe in your countries around the time of the servers hardware upgrades but there is no connection.
