Cannot use Direct Trade suddenly

Hi Andy, my Enterprise is #1 on KB. Have 2T in game money available but suddenly cannot transfer to countries or Enterprise. Enterprise had 2.4T last nite & woke with $500B debt. Also cannot move products to countries Thanks
