Hi-tech Seniors being abducted!

Is anyone else having this problem?
I have a shortage of Hi-tech Seniors.
I increased my education preference to 25 for the category (with a total of 120 for all the categories) - 3 game months ago.
I had 936 graduate last month, but they did not become available, and are not shown as unemployed.
I am slowly but surely losing sight of the number of hospitals I need to build to keep up with demand.
Can ANYONE HELP? Please?

Maybe you have some corporations that are short on Seniors. Go to your education priorities, there should be column that says "Amount needed for 100% production".. If the number in that category is higher than the number in the "Uemployed" category than you need to make up the difference.
In other words, if you need 30000 Seniors for 100% production, and you have 0 Unemployed, then you need to graduate at least 30000 Seniors before you will have any showing as unemployed.

i always have shortages of high tech engineers. just change the priorities for graduates. takes a few months (don't use automation while fixing it)

Thanks for the feedback, i looked at the corporations, and reduced the hiring percentage slightly, and production slightly. Then, ammended he education priorities slightly more, but still within the 120 total, and it seemed to work. I think forward planning is the key, build an extra couple of hospitals/schools as you can afford to, and then you are always working with the flow instead of against it. Once it had improved on the employment front I returned the corps to full production and hiring.

Try to improve your education and get production back to 100%.

Profitability declines quickly if you produce at lower levels as the fixed cost in corporations remains high.
