Hi again. RED SQUARE on KB. I have added about 5M pop in the last week to try to stop a leak. The top 3 (High - Med - & low level) workers disappear each game month. I move pop from MAGOG and used my Medium tech overage to repopulate workers every month. RED SQUARE has 289M pop. Last game month the top three dropped to below 50,000. I pulled 200,000 from MAGOG and 100,000 from Med tech workers to offset the loss. This month the Low level workers dropped to 6,000 from 150,000 MED was 30,000 from 150,000. This happens every month. I have moved about 3 Million pop into these top 3 in the last week. This is from my other countries. My Education & Health have not changed. Yesterday my 250,000 High Tech Engineers suddenly vanished. I have worked to recover them as well. I need a fix HELP!

You have an older population that is spurring the overall decline. What you need to be careful about is purchasing population with gold coins to try to correct this as the new population will tend to match your current age demographics. Some discussion of this occurred on the thread titled "Sim Plague" on the general forum:

My suggestion would be to keep health at 120, or lower if you can stand to temporarily lower your welfare index, and allow the correction to take its course without buying additional population. Progress should be seen in a lowering of your average age which is currently 39.64. In the meantime, manage the lost workers by closing the least useful corps in your country.

On the experimental side, I have noticed that if you complete an unbalanced worker transfer to send population out of the country, this also lowers average age. If you are grooming any other countries in your empire, try sending them population in this fashion. It may benefit both countries in the long run.
