Lost Navy Fleet

Played this game years ago & kept a big NAVY. Yesterday I created a New Strategic Carrier Group - took a few hours to get all the parts. I saved it to my Navy Base. Today it is gone. Am I losing Navy because I don't have sufficient NAVY Maintenance units? In the old days I clicked the GENERAL button and could see my NAVY and add planes etc. Am I looking in the wrong place (under NAVY FLEET). I see the parts in the Empire military - but not the country military - Help!

Found - learned that if 1 missile is missing from fleet, it dismantles and all units auto deactivate - so you can try again in a few days
