Locating enemy NAVAL FORCE'S

Jonni\andy how do I locate players NAVAL FORCE'S.(in war or just were fleets are located.a player claims to have Carrier's of my coast and I would like to be able to see there position. This player and I are not at war but hostility are rising. Thanks 4 your input

Well Jammie, I'm not expert, but if I was trying to locate naval forces I'd try looking in the water. Sure, you may find a vessel or 2 in a stream or a pond. However, if you seek the whole fleet try a big river or ocean.

seriously is there a way to get a serious answer to this. the naval game is something im interested in as its just cool having fleets you can order on command to move around.
