Ammo Quality Upgrades in Space

When you offer to buy a few sets of ammo upgrades it will only let you but one or have one filled and the rest disappear. Normally you can offer to buy 10 sets of whatever product but the ammo is the only one that has a problem. If you but 1 mil. of them you cannot offer to buy more until you move that one out. If there are many offers you can buy 10 mil, but if you buy one it says you dont have space for any more.
