Subject: Government Salary Reduction
Message: Land of Plenty has high debt and is making losses. The salaries of all government workers have been reduced.

This is a message I received. Why, just why? This is absolutely not true. My country makes double digit billions profits each month. I have no debt what so ever.

A few weeks ago, I conquered a 3rd country, but the game wouldn't allow it to be mine. Yes, had it down to zero. Painted it, destroyed every corp, town, & city. Nothing else could have possibly been done.

I've been messaging a game master to get an answer, however, not a single response to my many messages.

THIS GAME HAS PROBLEMS. It's no surprise that people don't play it. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP AND PROBABLY WILL STOP PLAYING DUE TO THESE THINGS.

I've noticed a small bug in conquering a country, where you can get the war index below 0 and still not have it conquer - what's solved it for me was attacking something(anything) after getting the index below 0, but painting won't trigger conquest. If you destroyed first and painted last, that could be it. (Doesn't sound like it, but worth asking)

Also, was that message forwarded? If your slaves are losing money, it'll send the message to your main.

Hope this gets worked out - I'd hate to see you go.

I appreciate the responses.

As for my slave, it also has income, 5-6 bil per month.

In conquering the country, painted some as I went along destroying things then finished painting after everything was destroyed. There was nothing left to destroy, and the game gave me the "war ended" without giving the country to me. The war index was at 0 and I finished off everything in the country, it didn't go below 0.

I have a slave with income that once had its cash go negative - the national income doesn't include money spent topping up corp cash, so you can be making a profit and still losing money. (Yes, it's kind of silly). Make sure the slave's economic situation is still good. If it's like your main - positive cash, positive profit, no debt - then I'd say this is definitely a glitch, but it's worth checking.

As for conquest, the war index will not, strictly speaking, go below 0, but you can do more than 100 points of damage. If you destroy all targets without getting the war index below 0, though, I'm not sure how you'd go about triggering the conquest.

OK, still no response and now the game is taking it out on my slave country, new message I got.

Subject: Government Salary Reduction
Message: Jollyland has high debt and is making losses. The salaries of all government workers have been reduced.

My slave had no debt what so ever, and makes about 5-6 billion per month. No reason for this happening to both my countries and I can do nothing to stop the gamemaster.

I see no reason for players to have to deal with this stuff when the game master won't respond after weeks of messaging. This is why I will soon be a former player.
