Government salaries and suplly problems

my country is experiencing problems. it alternates. i keep getting a message stating i am making loses. i look at my profit and i am not doing so i am making a little profit not much but a little so i am not understanding what this is talking about. Ive adjusted tax and profit sharing down to 0 thinking this might fix it as i tried gaining extra cash by performing IPOs. i did this with my main and it performed well im losing value in corps there. but i am still making a nice profit without tax and profit sharing on. thats a problem in itself. i am also getting a message saying i am experiencing severe shortages in your country. ive looked at my supplies as far as in country and in corporations and i havent found this to be true. here is my country link please if anyone can look at this and tell me what the problem is and why this country is fighting me so much. thank you
