Logging in

i cannnot login into my account.Whenever I try it says connection error but if I try other options in the home screen,they are functioning properly.I am 100% sure my network connection is perfect.Its a shame really.I was beginning to like the game.

Are you on White Giant? I think the world server is down.

This also may be your web browser. On my old iPod touch I use for at home internet use( to save my phone battery )Safari would let me sign in, but when I tried to open up a country/enterprise a red message would pop up. Works fine now though. Also I rarely have to switch between Chrome and Firefox sometimes when I have issues with the war console/space when on my computer. Other then that the past month it's been working fine. Game seems to be running good for me on everything now... I wrote this post using edge on my xbox one lol. Which is what I use most for simcountry. I'm not very tech minded or a PC guy, so what I'm saying may not help much. Just seems Chrome works best for me.

If you please reply with the type of device you're using and if you are using the app or a browser, we'll be able to narrow down the cause and fix it.
In any case, an unstable internet connection would NOT cause what you are experiencing.
